Ubud is one hour's drive from the airport yet feels like a world away. The town is the cultural hub of Bali, filled with painting, dancing, music and nature. The Botanic Gardens are a private endeavor. We lingered among the orchids and meandered its twisting and turning paths of bamboo, ferns and exotic trees.
