Since the Singapore Sling was created at Raffles Hotel, we had to drop in and have one at the cost of $25 USD per drink. The magnificent colonial hotel was one block away from where we stayed.

Singapore Sling Recipe
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Heering Cherry Liqueur
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 tbls. Cointreau
1 tbls. Dom Benedictine
1/3 oz. Grenadine
A Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with a slice of Pineapple and Cherry
