Beijing Drum Tower
An incredibly steep flight of stairs to climb to reach the drums.
It was exciting to hear the drummers denote the time of day by an extensive drum ensemble.
We were referred to this restaurant one evening in Beijing that was amongst, can you image, six-eight blocks of restaurants one next to each other. It was confusing to know which one to go into because they all had red lanterns hanging outside.
